Steve and Deena Franklin founded Covenant Heirs International/Steve Franklin Ministries® in 1991. They have been in the ministry for almost 35 years. Their journey of faith has accelerated over the past 20 years as they have discovered the power of the Word of God and have begun to realize their covenant benefits in Christ! This transformation was and is the foundation for Steve Franklin Ministries®.







Steve and Deena are grateful to their Staff, Directors, Advisors, Prayer Team and Partners for their faithfulness to God and for assisting them to carry this breakthrough message of faith to believers everywhere.

Steve and Deena have been married 40 years and have one son, Bryant. They reside in Birmingham, Alabama.
